The Parzalla farmhouse is located in the middle of a lush olive grove and a saffron garden in a natural setting that has remained unchanged over the centuries. The company, over 20 hectares, is located in a dominant position (450 m.l.m.) along the valley of the Chiani river in front of the protected natural area of ​​Melonta which preserves lush forests of oaks, holm oaks, downy oaks; ideal habitat for deer, wild boar, fallow deer, fox, badger, porcupine and other wild animals. From the farm you can enjoy a wonderful view that ranges from Mount Peglia, to the Cimini Mountains with a glimpse of the Orvieto cliff. The farmhouse has retained the characteristics of the rural architecture of the area with stone walls, roof tiles and pitched roofs on several sides and offers two carefully furnished and well-equipped apartments. The large outdoor swimming pool offers pleasant moments of relaxation and fun on beautiful summer days. Bicycles are available for guests for excursions in the neighboring woods. The company produces and sells oil and saffron and at the request of guests organizes excursions in search of typical forest products (asparagus, mushrooms, strawberry trees, wild herbs) and favors visits to cellars, oil mills, workshops and artisan shops in the area.
