The 13th edition of the IT.A.CA 'Responsible Tourism Festival will stop in Ficulle and Parrano from 1 to 4 July.
Awarded by the UN World Tourism Organization for excellence and innovation in tourism, the festival aims to invite you to discover places and cultures through walking and cycling itineraries, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, concerts, documentaries, books and tastings to launch an idea of tourism that is more ethical and respectful of the environment and of those who live there. A unique journey in many different territories, to transform incoming into becoming, combining the sustainability of tourism with the well-being of citizens.
The 2021 theme for the 13th edition of the festival is Right to breathe a current and transversal concept that speaks of breath as a right, as well as a need. That breath that the body lacks when sick, but also when it crosses the polluted city, chasing frenetic rhythms. Therefore, the choice of Ficulle and Parrano for one of the 25 stages of the festival is significant in this context. The rich program includes, among other things, e-bike excursions to discover the area, tastings, guided tours and other experiences to fully experience contact with nature and appreciate the quality of the air, the environment and slow living.
